Welcome to Paton Media

Hi, I’m Gemma, the owner and founder of Paton Media, a social media & content creation business based in Paisley, Scotland.

I launched Paton Media in 2021 at the tail end of lockdown, never imagining it would grow into the thriving digital marketing business it is today.

With a marketing career that began in 2015, I’ve worked across almost every area of the industry: social media, email marketing, content creation, events, web, POS, campaigns, and NPD. Like most marketers, I wore every hat, but deep down, I knew I wanted something more creative, more impactful, and more me.

Then life gave me the push I needed: I lost my job.

​

In that moment, I had a choice, return to another role doing the same repetitive tasks under another uninspiring boss, or finally take the leap and build something of my own. So I chose the risk… and it changed everything.

Paton Media was born from that decision, and today I help businesses of all sizes grow online through strategic social media management, content creation, and brand storytelling that actually connects.
