Hands up if you love being tanned... literally everyone! I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Lauren of Grow To Glow, a spray tan business in the heart of Renfrewshire. Lauren was made redundant in February, and instead of hitting the panic button, used the experience to go after what she really wanted. As a fitness enthusiast, and PT, her whole mantra is helping people look and feel good, in both the short term and long term - and she's absolutely smashing it.

This episode is amazing!!! I chatted to Paul of the Include Me 2 Club in East Renfrewshire. A charity that has just entered its 15th year, and one that has made a massive difference to the lives of many in the area. From a small idea sitting round the dinner table, to operating a massive organisation, the Include Me 2 Club's mantra is "where ideas happen" and WOW have they made some incredible ideas come to life.
The Include Me 2 Club's ambition is to create a community where people, no matter their age or abilities, are treated equally and fairly, and are supported to achieve their goals and ambitions - to work, live and take part in their communities as valued members.
