The Standard Content Day gives you the essential content you need to stay visible, consistent, and professional online including 10 professionally planned videos, a selection of edited brand images, and access to your raw footage so you can continue creating and repurposing content whenever you need. You’ll have up to 3 hours of dedicated content creation time, where we capture your brand, personality, services, and expertise to create engaging content designed to connect with your audience. Cancellation Policy
Client Agreement – Paton Media Content Creation Services This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for content creation services provided by Paton Media. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below. 1. Payment Terms 1.1 The FULL balance will be invoiced via QuickBooks at time of booking Paton Media and must be paid in full no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled content day. 1.2 In the event of late or missed payment, Paton Media reserves the right to cancel your booking without further obligation. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 2.1 If you wish to cancel your booking, you must provide written notice. Payments are non-refundable, but at Paton Media’s discretion, your session may be rescheduled to a later date (subject to availability). 2.2 In the unlikely event Paton Media needs to cancel your booking, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule. 3. Content Delivery 3.1 You will receive your full content package within 21 working days of your content day. This includes: A bank of edited images Your allocated social media posts All raw footage A plan to follow 3.2 You are entitled to one round of changes. Please ensure that any amendments or feedback are submitted promptly. Requests received after a reasonable timeframe may be considered additional work (see Section 4). 4. Additional Work and Change Requests 4.1 Any services requested outside of the agreed-upon package will incur additional charges. This includes, but is not limited to: Extra content beyond the package scope Additional or extended filming time Urgent delivery requests 4.2 Change Requests The package includes one round of changes only. Any changes requested after the included round will incur a fee of £20 per change. Clients must review all deliverables carefully during the allocated round of changes and provide all feedback at that time. Once the final approval has been given, any further alterations will be treated as additional work and quoted separately. 5. Use of Content for Promotion 5.1 Paton Media reserves the right to use any content created on the content day for promotional purposes, including but not limited to: Social media posts Website portfolios Marketing materials 5.2 This helps us showcase the quality and style of our work. If you have any concerns or restrictions around this, please let us know in advance of your content day.
